Stamina has a varied line of fitness equipment. Stamina’s product line isn’t just recumbent bikes and mini elliptical trainers. To highlight the variety offered by Stamina Fitness, I bring you a review of the Stamina Gravity Inversion Table. Inversion tables are used to restore proper spinal posture and perform specialized exercises. One of the most popular uses for an inversion table is upside sit-ups that force your abdominal muscles to work even harder.

Features
The Stamina Gravity Inversion Table can support users up to 250 lbs. which should cover just about everyone in the house. Users can adjust the inversion range from 0 up to 180 degrees. If you’re worried about your wood or tile floor getting scratched during use the support legs include skid resistant floor protectors. Height range is phenomenal! Users can be as short as 4’10” and 6’6”.

If you’re afraid of falling out, Stamina has designed their Stamina Gravity Inversion Table with several safety features to prevent accidents including pivot arm settings that limit and control rotation speed, leg logs, heel holders, and straps to keep the user in place, and a solid steel frame construction to ensure stability.

Users on Amazon have nothing but high regard for the Stamina Gravity Inversion Table and if you don’t believe me you can read their reviews HERE. I’m also extremely satisfied with the price. You can find the Stamina Gravity Inversion Table for about $125, but I think Amazon has a sale and it’s going for about $121. (Hey, money is money.)

Stamina Fitness InTone Folding Recumbent Bike 15-0200

Stamina Fitness Review: InTone Folding Recumbent Bike
Stamina Recumbent Bike Rating: 4.5 stars out of 5 for being cheap but surprisingly good.
Price: $140

When I think of gym quality fitness equipment, Stamina Fitness doesn’t come to mind. But when somebody asks me “do you know of anything that can fit my budget?” I’ll always tell them to check out Stamina Fitness. Most of Stamina’s equipment is good considering the price, but the Stamina InTone Folding Recumbent Bike is a home run. I like the Stamina 15-0200 InTone Recumbent Bike for several reasons and I’ll cover them all in this review.

Pros
The InTone Recumbent Bike is a mere $139 bucks! That’s right, a decent recumbent bike for just under a $150. Stamina Fitness could probably push the price tag and their margins by upping the price $15-$20 and I would still highly recommend this folding recumbent bike. Here’s what makes the price so great, first it folds. If you’re on a budget chances are you live in a small house and space is an issue. When you’re ready to work out unfold and start your routine. When you’re done, fold it up and store it in the closet. Smaller fitness companies that try to market exercise equipment within the $100-$200 range typically leave out things like resistance level controls, LCD monitors for tracking speed, distance, and calories, and decent seat padding. Stamina has included all of these features!

Cons
It’s not for everyone. If you’re tall like me, meaning 6 feet tall or more, you’re probably going to find the Stamina Fitness InTone Folding Recumbent Bike 15-0200 fairly uncomfortable. And it is a little wobbly.

Final Analysis
Remember; don’t compare the Stamina InTone Recubment Bike to recumbent bikes in the $300+ range. It just won’t stack up. This is a bargain, low price recumbent bike that performs surprisingly well considering the extremely low $140 price tag. Great for penny pinchers, but Olympic marathon trainers should probably go with something a little more expensive.
